Fraudulent Business
Based on my experience, dozens of BBB complaints (F rating) and online reviews, Fur and Feathers Wildlife Control is a scam. The company collects funds from people experiencing dire wildlife situations and does not perform the services it commits to.
I hired Jason Carter, the alleged owner of the company, to remove raccoons and repair the hole in my roof from which they entered.
Foolishly, I paid the full amount up front. He removed the raccoons and said he would be back the next day to fix the hole. He did not show up so I sent him a text. He said he'd be back the next day to finish the repairs and never came.
I sent multiple texts, left voicemails, and spoke to others at Fur and Feathers Wildlife explaining the situation and asking them to get him to contact me. He ignored all these attempts at communication.
Only when I threatened a lawsuit did he send me a partial refund. I had to hire someone else to finish the job.

We called 6 -7 times a day, sent many emails a day. Called BBB and threatened to do go to his office.
Reported him to every agency we could. He finally returned our money and check cleared to my surprise!

Finally, after making many calls every day, calling better business bureau and sending many emails saying we were going to go to his “office “ Jason returned our money. The check cleared!! It’s been months!

I reported Fur and Feathers to the New York State attorney general's office online, kept calling his answering service phone numbers and leaving urgent messages and reminded Jason he has already been cited once. Got a full refund check in the mail and it cleared, but no apology or explanation from Jason.

Jason carter arrived on may 31, at 2:45 pm. asset my house for a snake problem laid some cardboard trapes in my bathroom and told me that he would come back every 2 to3 days to check them.
plus he was going to cure my house problem by digging a trance around my laundry room and put a wire mess and mortor on the bottom of the wall where the snakes are getting in my house. I gave Jason carter, a check for 513.00 which was to be half the money .he cashed my checked the very next day. I have called him at home and at the company he will not return my calls he has scammed me. please help.

No they never refunded like promised and they won’t speak to me to issue a check. Manipulated me to delete all negative reviews so they would give me a refund then never did. Horrible company I would never recommend
